Soapstone is all lined up and ready to be installed
First course of stone are installed, plumbed, leveled and squared up. Chimney connection out the rear channel of the heater is cut into place.
Firebox and mantles are in place.
Oven course of exterior stones are in place and ready for oven to be built.
Firebox tiles with combustion air slots.
Finished stove with a small electric heater inside firebox to help keep stones warm so that the soapstone mortar cures properly in the cold weather. Side soapstone bench and soapstone tiles were added onto this design.
